Ghosts cannot warm you; they are beyond your reach and your touch. Sansa feels the cold weight of guilt in her chest - and she feels it is well-earned - but she also feels the arm around her waist. As much as her family might condemn her, she must live. The Elves have taught her that she must keep moving forward; that is the only way she can improve herself...and forgive herself.
