Elena Fisher | assorted closed prompts

taako taco;

[Elena tries to stay aware of changes to the city they've come to call home, or close enough to one. At worst, they herald the latest event that could mean a lousy time for all of them. At best...well, good things happen sometimes, don't they?

So it hasn't escaped her notice that things are showing up around Hadriel. Things that weren't there before. Things that belong to people. But not for her, apparently, or so it seems. Ah well. Elena shrugs, goes looking for something to climb and doesn't give it a second thought.]

nathan drake;

[Okay, so she was wrong.

It takes Elena a little while to really believe what's shown up. It should be in a million pieces on the rocks of an uncharted island, never to be seen again, much less broadcast. But here it is, battery pack fully charged and everything. Of course she has to find Nate immediately, a grin more or less glued to her face when she finds him.]

Heeeeey. Guess what I have.

samuel drake;

[The journal doesn't look like much. Worn white cover, no title. Old. It looks like something that was absentmindedly set aside and forgotten about, and Elena picks it up without much more thought than that—mild curiosity, if anything.

As soon as she gets a look at its contents, she knows who it belongs to. She doesn't need a brief glance through Sam's eyes, somewhere else in the city, but it does prompt her to go to him, not Nate.

There was a time that she hated Sir Francis Drake, or what he meant for her marriage. That had faded with time and the understanding that Nate's obsession had stemmed from something bigger than Drake. Henry Avery was never even on her radar. In the end, it doesn't matter; she goes to find her brother-in-law all the same.]

Hey, I've been looking for you.
