Swift har Parasiel | Closed + Open

Closed to Seel

Swift had survived, at least, as terrified as he'd been at first. He'd never been sick before, what was he supposed to think? Even assured that he wasn't dying, he was always just a little bit concerned. He just made sure not to say that out loud where Seel could hear it. They did not need another argument and Swift couldn't handle it with the aches he was dealing with. It was damn miserable. How the humans had ever managed to accomplish anything if they had to deal with this sort of thing was a mystery.

Now that he could breathe again and wasn't burning alive, he took a moment to breathe--or would have except that something was keeping him on edge. He couldn't say what it was, but whatever was setting him off, he needed to get away. Was Seel planning something? He must have been planning something. He was always planning something.

Was there even a way out? Seel had to be out there, watching. Probably waiting for Swift to make a move, do something he didn't like. That's what he did, wasn't it? Maybe he could find out.

"Seel?"

Open: around

[He couldn't stay in the house. He didn't quite know what he was afraid of, but he couldn't stay there. He was restless and irritated and something was going to happen he just knew it.

Unfortunately, after he'd made his escape while Seel wasn't looking, the feeling wasn't dissipating. Even being outside and not surrounded by walls wasn't helping. Maybe if he got out of the city and there weren't so many buildings to feel caged by...

Somewhere he knew he wasn't thinking clearly, but the paranoia was drowning it out. He had to...well, he didn't know what. But he had to do something.]
