[He's been gradually getting sick for a while, with a high fever and barely any energy to get out of bed. He's so exhausted, but as his sickness gets worse, he feels an increasing sense of dread. Every time he wakes up from a restless sleep, he feels leaves and flower petals growing across him. No matter how much he claws at himself and finds nothing, he knows that it's happening. He knows he's turning back into a flower.
So with what energy he has left, he leaves his room and heads outside. It's a long, tiring walk and he looks like he's about to pass out... but eventually, he finds a soft patch of dirt.
And using his claws, he starts digging a hole.
