In my court, he serves as page, or when he gets a little older, squire to my uncle, as well as to me. He may be a king, but he still needs to learn, and serving as a page or a squire is one of honor, even for a king. As for his god or mine, that is in each of our hands."

Kelson does tend to rule by more christian means. That being said, that young king is currently also a hostage in his court to prevent against attacks, and to keep that young king from accidentally falling off his horse and dying like his brother did. He may be a christian, but he isn't stupid.
