While not the attending physician who treated Ianchus initially, Law is well aware that he's around. He checks in on him occasionally as per proper procedure, but so far hasn't engaged him in whatever is keeping him occupied in his bed. At least, when it's his turn to perform an examination, he can do it hands-off, checking on those busted ribs with his own methods.
