Usually alchemy is seen as more scientific, at least from what I know. Something pre-science, proto-magic, but something that people think might actually happen. Or some nonsense like that. It's usually a bit more realistic sounding than magic. Formulas and methods, verses chants and spells and rituals. [Tyki laughs lightly, thinking of alchemy and how it really isn't any more realistic than magic if one is to be serious about things.] Really, it all sounds the same to me. It's just energy being shaped, isn't it? No matter how you fancy it up and go about it.
