"We can take a moment," Glacius replies, keeping close by the human as he doubles over and breathes. Privately, he is glad that he gave Carlisle even a moderately heavy pack to carry; though the alien initially considered carrying everything himself (and is still carrying most of the weight given his greater strength) this seems like a good way to hopefully start training some endurance into his partner. Every little bit helps in a world that can be as unforgiving as Hadriel.
