That gets a surprised bark of laughter from the ice alien, his brows raised as high as they can be, leaving his green eyes wide. "What! He is teasing, of course—he knows the last thing Carlisle could be described as would be an obnoxious braggart, especially when it comes to such personal matters. That brings up a thought, though, and he pulls the human back from his throat so that he can gently clunk their foreheads together.
