[He's going to hate himself when this is all over.
Hell, he's hating himself right now, getting the wind knocked straight out of him as he hits the floor. Being tackled right on the tail end of using up some of his biotic energy when he is in no way up to his usual strength here in Hadriel is probably a very dangerous thing for him. His recovery time is spent having a shoulder jamming into him from a body taller than his own, therefore all he can do is struggle against the pressure. He makes a couple of premature attempts to try and push Nate off him, glowing a weak blue and at worst Nate would probably feel a small pressure trying to get him off of Scott that amounts to the strength of a kid trying to shove a grown ass adult.
When that is obviously not going to work he makes an attempt reach for one of the guns on his back — the Carnifex pistol would be enough. However he still doesn't want to kill anyone. That annoying, idealistic, part of him thinks that somehow he can resolve this peacefully. Or run. Instead, as soon as his hand is able to pull it from the magnetic station on his back he bends his arm to the gun is pointing behind him (awkward and uncomfortably) fires off a round once he thinks it's close enough to his attacker's head, hoping that the loud heavy hitter of the weapon would be enough to ring the other's ears painfully. That, or be a good enough warning that he's about to get shot in head if it's the last thing Scott does. Though Scott manages to be fairly unintimidating even wielding a gun.]
