They don't know, of course. They have no idea what all what these gods are capable of, but they're certainly able to manipulate, to return the dead to life. Their power is without question... but, then, so was Corypheus', and they'd managed to end his reign.

"We'll find a way," she says quietly. "It'll be difficult, yes, but not impossible. We have the forces for it, a variety of abilities-- I think we stand a chance."

How much of a chance, though, remains to be seen.

"Someone must have seen them in person since we've arrived," Cecily muses. "They may have... a hint, or some edge that we don't. We need to ask around after it, but... quietly. Carefully."
