The morning of November the 15th seems rather normal- that is, if you can avoid the glowing cracks in the fabric of reality tucked away among various streets. Still, they don't really seem to be doing much of anything and you can't quite see through them, so maybe they're decoration? This wouldn't be the first time the gods pulled some weird shit to shake things up around here.

By midafternoon, however, something changes. Cecily, in all her wisdom, decides to attempt to dispel one of these rifts, and the resulting shockwave sends tremors through the city. Tears throughout Hadriel open wider and allow for various demons to burst through and terrorize the various citizens. Demons will be tearing through in all corners of the city, though you can choose to avoid them if you like.

Look out for Pride and Rage demons, who attempt to brute force their way to you and feed off of your anger, steel yourselves against Despair and Fear demons who grow stronger as you give up hope, and definitely cross the street to avoid the Desire demons, who can take either male or female forms and will offer you everything you want if you just let them in.

Demons will either focus on attacking you or tempting you by taking advantage of and feeding off of your basic emotions. Agreeing to let a demon help you and mentally folding to it generally means that the demon will begin to possess you and start calling the shots- often using you as a vessel to hurt others and sow discord. If you happen to have any sort of magical abilities, extended possession can lead toward becoming an abomination after the corruption takes root.

So... you might want to avoid all of that. Luckily, there are some good things happening that can distract you- along with the demons, several nugs and fennec foxes will also pop up around the city, and if you don't want them to die a horrible death to a hungry demon, you might consider adopting them. In addition, you may find a random potion laying around- maybe this can help you fight off those demons, or maybe it'll make every nug in the city love you- or maybe it's secretly a jar of bees. Wouldn't be the first time you guys let bees in jars get a little out of hand.

[ Tina smiled, pushing the items Miriam had pointed out over to her, separating them from the rest of her junk, she'd gather it all back up later! ]

Be extra-especially careful with dat stuff, yoo hear me?

[ Pointing to the eridium with a raised brow. ]

Its reeeeaaal dangerous if yoo don't know how to use it! Don't want'cha blowin' your pretty hands off... No for realz gurl, yoo got pretty hands.

[ She smiled and swayed on the spot where she stood. ]

Sooo~ the saddles mine now huhhuhuhuh!? And a sweet ass knife too?!

[ Excited to claim her treats, Tina was almost bouncing on her toes in anticipation. ]

I'mma catch me up one of those piggy-thingies! Think it'll make a good, loyal steed to ride into battle?!

Ooh, I'll remember thaaat. [She prods the eridium curiously. Maybe it's explosive. That'll be fun.] Well, I dunno 'bout that. But if you can't get it with the program, you should totally give it to Barnaby so he can kill it.

[The dog chuffs at hearing his name.]

Baby boy needs his fun, you know?

OooooOoo~ He's a big'in. Nice doggy!

[ Giving Barnaby a smile and a little curtsy, still bouncing on her toes a little, it's like she has ants in her pants. ]

Hey! Wut if I catch twooo o'dem!? Yoo want me to bring it here so poochie there can play fetch the ugly skinless piggy, huh, huh~?

[ It's cruel and she knows it, but who's she to stop a dog getting his funz on? ]

[Miriam brightens. Animal cruelty, like most forms of violence doesn't count if it's being committed against something she doesn't care about.] See, I need a girl like you with all the ideas. We could run bets on it! Think of the profits.

[ Unless it's a pet of Tina's she-- actually no, she didn't even cry when the Vault hunters killed Enrique! ]

[ She could get behind an idea like that! A brutal game of cat and mouse, or in this case, mutant pig and epic mega dog! Who wouldn't want to see that!? ]

Okay, okay so! I'm go catch us some more o'dem ugglies, bring 'em here and gurl we can get the show on da road! Booyah!

[Omg someone recognizes her genius!]

Yeah! We're gonna make a huge profit on this shit.

[ Heck yes! Miriam is like mega smart! Well, that's what Tina thinks anyway. ]

[ Grabbing what looked like either an old fishing net or a tennis net, all knotted and tangled. ]

Could make diz into a nug-catch-o'matic! Stuff it in mah Boompuppy and POW! Flying net catchin' magic baby gurl!

[This, Miriam feels, can be counted off as a business expense. Either way she can spin it to Richie if he notices, which he might not.] Hell yeah, bitch! I'll rig us up some stun guns and then we'll be good to go!

[Let the money run in.]

[ Sorry Miriam, if you're one for personal space and all, because Tina is all up in your face now! Arms wrapped around Miriam's shoulders in a dive bomb of a tackle-hug! ]

Shawty yoo da best!! We gonna have soooo~ much funz! I might even explode a little!

[ She was one happy lunatic right about now. A saddle to ride her Nug with, a net to make her gun more efficient at catching things and a brand new partner in crime! Best. Day. Ever.]

[Whoa okay they're doing hug time. Eh, why not. Miriam just goes with it, laughing and sort of punching Tina in the ribs. All friendly like.] Bitch, you're crazy. I like it!
