fracturedbeauty: (Shall we?)

"That would be a very good point. If we got the Gods to setup a better access point than one filled with monsters, we would be doing this world a favour. If nothing else, perhaps they will replace it with one that is more appeasing to the public eye."

He turns his attention back to Curufin with another of his smiles.

"Delightful. I can hardly wait to witness it. My last collapsing building focused on escape and was not quite so elegant." For a moment, his mind wanders to Sukuna, and how the boy might be doing without him. As quickly as the thought came in, he is able to dismiss it and come back to the task.

"My, you're very efficient, aren't you? Creating your own explosives, having them charted and laid out, and even taking safety and distance into account. I might have to learn a few secrets from you when this is over."

Who knows, explosives may just come in handy for escaping these caves. Curufin alone might be useful in any endeavour. Having a close comrade like him, he probably couldn't lose to anything. His intel and skill are very valuable assets, after all. It probably wouldn't hurt to butter up to this Elf a little more.

Yukari follows Curufin across the grass, casual and without hesitation. This explosion is surely going to be magnificent. He takes the detonating cord delicately, making a mild examination of it as Curufin continues to speak, looking at Curufin's location when prompted. Carefully, and intently, he listens to the directions. He might have a ridiculously high pain tolerance, and some good auras if he needs to get himself out of a pinch, but he would rather save those techniques for something much more thrilling. Like their promised battle. Or escaping like convicts from blowing up the Colosseum. He doesn't know how much of a chance they stand if the Gods get involved in their pursuit. But most of the fun is in guessing as you go along, isn't it?

Yukari gives a nod with a fox-like smile. He keeps his eye on the man, waiting for the signal.

The second he hears NOW, he does immediately as he was told. He triggers it, and then swiftly drops low to the ground, lying on his stomach and covering his head for any stray debris that might fall from the behemoth of a structure. He can't help but release a delighted, devilish laugh as he watches the explosions go off. After the shockwave has passed, he gets himself off the ground quickly, running to Curufin and following him to the next set of explosive triggers. Certain the instructions are the same, he grins at his partner in crime as he repeats the first set of instructions, hitting the ground promptly after pressing the trigger. Once the shockwave passes again, he gets back onto his feet, and rushes to meet Curufin.

He lets out a delighted, airy chuckle when he can be heard over the sound of the building crumbling, looking up at the moving effects of the explosions.

"This is amazing, Curufin-chan! Are there any further triggers we must attend to, or shall we just step back and enjoy the show?"
