The ice alien looks down at his hands, blinking again, then blushing faintly as he clenches them a few times. He appreciates the human looking out for him very much, but at the same time, he feels bad for causing his friend so much stress when what he was really trying to do by partaking in the practice was try and help him relax a little bit.

I can't overheat when it is just small regions of my body that are exposed like this... and it is worth it to endure some discomfort to be able to share in something that is important to you.
