I believe this planet has been a wasteland for at least over 60 years if it hasn't always been. I'm not familiar with the system or sector.

[He could at least offer that much as a tentative offer to indicate he was willing to consider an alliance here. He still made no move to provide any assistance in terms of Regis's physical injuries, he was really ill-suited to anything like that.]
