Worry that the other self, the one who Frisk shouldn't think of as really him, might be crawling around somewhere out there. Worry that maybe he won't be able to tell the real Frisk or Chara apart from their doubles, because he'd been so confident that Frisk was the kind of friend he'd always wanted until he saw them standing over Chara's lifeless body. Maybe he doesn't truly know anyone.
