[AM has to admit he's incredibly surprised when large white pellets seem to come from nowhere and surround him. He doesn't try to grab them, actually... He's still trying to figure out how they got there. With only human eyes, he can't see the small intricacies of everything, can't view things on a microscopic scale, so it does look like magic. (Not that he believes in such silly things.)
The moment they move toward him, though, whatever instinct he possesses in this body is called forth before he can even think. He jumps back - or at least tries to - only to find himself tripping backwards as the pellets seemingly pummel him.
The pain comes up in a series of quick flashes, assaulting his nervous system. Instinctively he puts up a hand to try and block some of them, but it doesn't do much good.
Unbeknownst to him at the moment, he does have a body that's not entirely human, therefore it's a bit more durable than the average human... So he doesn't die. He's injured, though, covered in bruises and several open wounds.
One thing is for sure, though. He's pissed.
Getting up, though, is a challenge. It has been an ongoing challenge ever since he came here in this body, but now he's quite injured, so he's very shaky as he presses his hands to the ground and musters his strength to pull himself. It's not very successful.
He does shoot the goat child a horrendous glare, though, and he shouts in pure fury.]
