[Chara has been wandering, in search of Frisk and Asriel. They know a little about the doubles by this point but it was more concerning that there was another them here in Hadriel. Once they figured that out then all bets were off and they dived into the city to find their Partner and Best Friend.
Chara was bad on a good day. Things may have changed in Hadriel somewhat but at the end of the day they were still a LV 20 demon. What could be worse than that...? Another them, or something....more. Chara didn't know what that could entail and
