Yukari barely manages to swing his sword out against the lance, attempting to cause a recoil. Yukari's sword is lighter, so he'll have the advantage to bounce back faster. He takes a few steps back from the Cyclone, trying to analyse the best defense at this point.

In the pause, Yukari breathes out, sword held to strike as though he's waiting for the man to attack again. When the pause prolongues, Yukari slowly, apprehensively sets his sword back down to his side, keeping his eye fixated on Kain.

"Then you have mine - I swear not to bother this Rydia-chan in exchange to stop this quarrel."
