Glacius is not about to let himself nod off when there might still be spooks and apparitions afoot; he promised his partner he would keep them at bay, and that's exactly what he's going to do. The last thing he wants is for one of them to give his partner a rude awakening once the alien realizes he's drifted off! Instead he contents himself by lying still, feeling every muscle in his partner's body relax--a vast departure from how tense and nervous he usually is. It, like much of the rest of the evening, does the alien's hearts a lot of good to feel.
