Her eyebrows are almost completely gone, maybe half her hair has fallen out, and she's thinner than any human ever should be. It's a good thing her sight is failing her, because if she could see herself now, she might-- well, everyone in the house and probably the entire spiral would've heard a few choice words flung their way.
As it is, she won't be concerned with her appearance when they head outside. Not like they can do anything about it anyway.]
