( akira had been watching closely, who was responding to the gods' request for insight, and what they offered in reply. imprisonment, death or exile... though everyone seemed to be focused on the first two options. he had already added his own two cents to the pile, but still just sitting back and waiting for the results to come in... it didn't feel right. )
There has to be something more we can do.
( he's in the living room, phone in hand, and so yusuke can probably guess what it is that he's referring to.
and as he looks up at his partner in meta-crime, the glint in his eye is an even bigger hint about what he may mean. )
Do you think— it's possible? ( to steal a god's heart? ) Maybe there's a reason the Nav never disappeared from our phones once we arrived.

I don't know if we can interfere with the heart of anything that isn't human... but I'd be curious to try. At the very least, we can learn something new about the Metaverse.

Mm. ( akira is in agreement, for the most part. this would be the first time they made an attempt to locate the palace of a non-human entity. if they truly were gods, at least. )
We won't know until we try it for ourselves, right? ( and there's a slightly cocked grin to go along with it. ) It seems the Phantom Thieves aren't out of work quite yet.
Why don't we head to her temple tonight— ( or at least... what had been night. ) ah, that's... after the first sun sets, at least.

[Yusuke switches off his phone for now and frowns.] Suppose we're successful, though -- how do you think people will react? What about the gods? I'm not sure they'd be too fond to learn of the kind of power we could wield over them.
[Probably they'd have to operate in secret, which means no dramatic public declaration of stealing Delight's heart, and no flashy calling cards left for everyone to see.]

We should continue to lay low, I think. There's still too much that we don't know about the nature of these gods. ( good thing ryuji wasn't here, right?? ) Not to mention... if anyone were to find out about the Metaverse... there's always the chance that they could abuse that knowledge, too.
( let's just... avoid any possibilities of mental shutdowns for now, shall we? ) We'll need to be careful.

( the time had come. wearing his thief attire now, joker pressed himself against a building, studying the temple in the distance. there didn't seem to be anyone else about, but he had no intention of dropping his guard.
