Swift was not stupid enough to move any closer, either, and he stayed where he was, standing over Seel and glowering down at him. He didn't want to make Seel upset, but when he was behaving so badly, he didn't have much of a choice. They needed friends and Seel wasn't helping with that. He could only imagine what he'd done before Swift arrived.

"I don't know, Seel. Why are we here? Why do we even need to have friends?"
