Maybe you explored a bit last month, retrieved an orb or just got lost. Or maybe you were too busy stalking that person you love - no judgment. Well, maybe a little judgment. Whatever went down, it's a new month, and a new chance to explore this strange world you've ended up on. So climb on a motorcycle, grab a friend (and a lot of supplies), and get going! If you leave now, maybe you'll avoid the next awful thing that happens in the city.
Not that there aren't a few awful things that can happen out there, too. You could run out of food. You might lose that compass of yours and never find your way home. You could ride straight into a ditch and blow out all your tires. Or hey, maybe you'll get in a screaming fight with your traveling companions and get left behind. Whoops!
But everything could go great, too. You won't know until you try, and Love still really needs those orbs full of Hope energy. (Hope juice?) You've got a whole month this time, but the day will pass pretty fast under that hot sun. Good luck.► This log covers March 1st-March 31st.
► Feel free to make your own logs, as well

Then, if that other building isn't intact, we're in trouble.
[she's already gotten to her feet, shading her eyes with her hand as she tries to get a better look at the other building]
Wouldn't that be tiring? And I have the bow on my blouse, but that's all.

[Though they have to decide soon. Being caught outside while they hesitate is the worst plan of all]
Eventually, yes, [He admits,] and I won't be able to keep it up forever. But it can give us an edge.
[After a look at the flimsy bow]
It won't be enough to cover your mouth. If worst comes to worst, we can cut off parts of the tent....
no subject
[then it sounds like it's time to be decisive]
Time enough to find shelter elsewhere or perhaps patch the walls here?
[at least this time she's not wearing a gown?]
But don't we need the tent for shelter?
no subject
[Not always easy, particularly not so far from home, and in a city not built to respond. But they don't have many options do they?]
We do. We also need to breathe without inhaling dust. Do we have any other cloth that might work?

[she doesn't want to be dead weight and she's always hated feeling helpless.
she searches through what she brought with her for the journey and pulls out a large linen napkin]
I have this. [she holds up the napkin] Will it serve?
no subject
[He nods, and examines the offered napkin.]
It may serve. When the storm comes, keep it over your nose and mouth.
no subject
I will. What will you do while singing the storm away? Will that be enough to protect you?
