What: The event log for the March portion of the Field Trip event
Where: All over the world
When: March 1st-March 31st
Warnings: None

Maybe you explored a bit last month, retrieved an orb or just got lost. Or maybe you were too busy stalking that person you love - no judgment. Well, maybe a little judgment. Whatever went down, it's a new month, and a new chance to explore this strange world you've ended up on. So climb on a motorcycle, grab a friend (and a lot of supplies), and get going! If you leave now, maybe you'll avoid the next awful thing that happens in the city.

Not that there aren't a few awful things that can happen out there, too. You could run out of food. You might lose that compass of yours and never find your way home. You could ride straight into a ditch and blow out all your tires. Or hey, maybe you'll get in a screaming fight with your traveling companions and get left behind. Whoops!

But everything could go great, too. You won't know until you try, and Love still really needs those orbs full of Hope energy. (Hope juice?) You've got a whole month this time, but the day will pass pretty fast under that hot sun. Good luck.

[He thinks about it, going over the options in his head.]

Reduce and polymorph are both ones I gotta sustain, though-- I don't even think we really need reduce? As long as you're not so heavy or I could nab two trips levitate should make it, uh, fine?

[More manual labor than he wanted to do, but like, fuck it. His voice keeps his more serious tone while he's considering, but his mouth stretches into a grin.]

But I'unno, you've got kind of a big ass, so, maybe that's three trips...

Laaame. And here I thought you were one of the greatest wizards to ever live. Guess I was wrong.

[There's no hiding that grin threatening to curl at her brother's mouth. They may stretch the weight a little, but it's the best plan they have. Though that doesn't stop Lup from reaching down to pinch the skin between his thumb and forefinger.]

Rude brother's get put in the naughty corner. C'mon, dingus, let's get this show on the road. I'm itchin' to get out of this hole.

[He snickers, sticking his tongue out.]

Hey, I only do two spells for really important shit, like flying a chair across the city. Go on, prep that lev, I got this.

[Taako steps back, considering what to do, and by the time he's gotten out of Lup's range he's already got it in mind. He jumps and his feet don't hit the ground again as he transforms, a griffin circling the cavern once before he lands on the sandbar again and slopes a wing down so she can climb on his back. This should be fine- once that bike's off the ground, they'll be good to go.]

[From where Lup's prepping her spell, she can't help but roll her eyes fondly over in Taako's direction.]

What a show off.

[But as long as they get out of here, she won't drag him any harder than that.

Taako transforms into a griffin with his usual transmutation ease and Lup casts levitate on the motorcycle, letting out a small 'whoop' of delight when the vehicle begins to lift into the air, even with her still inside of it. Bless the asshole's in charge for making their transportation as lightweight as possible. This might be the first time in their history here the assholes in charge haven't completely screwed them over.]

[He can't help but laugh at her excitement, a much more deep and roaring sound in his current form, but he swoops down and nabs the bike. It takes a bit of a tug, powerful wings beating at the down draft, but he soars up out of the hole, sister and supplies in tow. Taako lets out his own yell as they breech the surface, an interpretive fuck you to any situation that tries to conquer them, before he starts moving. That cavern was big, and levitate isn't super long, so he needs to make it as far as he can out of that zone before the bike gains it's weight.

Still, before long, he touches down when he thinks it's safe, having no choice but to kind of land on the bike and then climb off it before transforming back and knocking his knuckles on glass.]

Alright, let me in, your turn to drive.

[The second the tires hit steady ground, Lup finally lets herself slump forward, all of the tension in her lanky frame just dropping right out from under her. She's just a puddle of an elf, draped over the handlebars of the bike. She hears Taako above her, slipping down off of the top of the hood, but she just needs this quick minute to just catch her breath.

Get fucked, Hadriel. There's no keeping these two down.

But then Taako speaks and she has to tip her chin up, grinning through the glass at him.]

Hmmm, say pretty please.

[He's worried for her for about a half second before she starts instantly giving him shit, and he smacks both palms against the glass.]

Hey! I can fly! I'm gracing you with my prescence here, jeez, open up.

[If you're cold they're cold LET HIM IN]

[Look, Taako. It's her duty to instantly start giving him shit the second a crisis situation has been diverted. It's practically twin law.]

Wow, your mouth sure is flappin', but I'm still not hearing the word please. That's weird.

[He presses his whole face up against the glass along with his hands and just keeps yelling, even though it's muffled.]

LUP I SWEAR TO FUCKING SHIT LET ME IN--

[He kind of yells into it but he's not yet relenting.]

[Taako barely gets his last LET ME IN out before Lup's already kicking the side open for him, laughing so hard she starts to wheeze at the expression twisting at her twin's face.]

Holy fuck, just get in, loser!

[He sticks his tongue out as the door moves, climbing in behind her and slipping his arms around her waist... before blowing a big raspberry on the back of her neck.]

That's for being the rudest sister ever made. Now c'mon, kick this in and let's go, unless you don't know how to drive.

[Lup shrieks, reaching over her shoulder to swat at his head, but the action is as familiar as anything. Working their way into shit and then quickly working their way out of it. That's just basically been their whole lives at this point. It's what they do best.]

Haven't you seen me taking my custom moped out for a spin? 'Course I know how to drive. Better hang on, bro bro, we are so outta here.

[He snorts, laughing as she does.]

Yeah, I've seen you crash it. C'mon goobus, less talkin', more showin'. Let's go.

[And he'll settle in behind her, in for the haul.]
