Event Log: A Hope for the Future

Who: All characters participating in the event
What: The event log for the A Hope for the Future event
Where: All over the city!
When: April 15th-April 19th
Warnings: Stealth Rock

It's finally time to reap the rewards you've earned from all that hard work collecting and returning the Hope orbs! Be careful walking the streets during the small earthquakes, but feel free to admire the scenery as your beautiful city reassembles its way back into its former glory.

There are new houses where the destroyed buildings once were, and they're perfect for a single person or pair of lovebirds. In addition, you'll find that the electricity to these new houses, and all other homes and shops in the city is restored. The food is better, the monsters are gone- hey, this city might be livable again!

To cap it all off, we've got a feast waiting for you on the 19th! Come one, come all, and enjoy all of your favorite foods, drinks, and party games. It's been awhile since we've all gotten together to celebrate something good, so get your party on and toss all your troubles away!

Quite. It's quite a new skill set. I don't wish to impose upon you but mayhaps you would be able to teach me some of your new skills? This was not what I was prepared for.

It's no trouble at all. I've taught others in similar positions. Let me know when and where and I'll be there.

The rumor is that the label says one kind of meat but it really contains something a little more . . . unsavory.

Thank you, your kindness and your teaching skill are much appreciated. Has anyone attempted to find out for certain, regarding the meat?

[Kelson did not relish Lenten fare for the entire time he was here, and, well, he wondered if he could tell with a simple probe. It was easy enough to tell if food or wine was poisoned, why not identify the actual substance? He's just...never done it before. There hadn't exactly been a need.]

[she's aware that in Flea Bottom, rats and other creatures made their ways into their infamous Bowls of Brown, but she's in no hurry to sample it for herself.

[Perhaps he'll have to ask around. He certainly didn't want to not eat meat if at all possible. And subsisting off monsters was......well, not going to happen.]

[Margaery has settled into a diet what Matt called "vegetarian," for the most part. she's enjoying her venison immensely, but part of her would rather be having vegetable soup with him in their apartment than feasting here with everyone else]
