Event Log: A Hope for the Future

What: The event log for the A Hope for the Future event
Where: All over the city!
When: April 15th-April 19th
Warnings: Stealth Rock

It's finally time to reap the rewards you've earned from all that hard work collecting and returning the Hope orbs! Be careful walking the streets during the small earthquakes, but feel free to admire the scenery as your beautiful city reassembles its way back into its former glory.

There are new houses where the destroyed buildings once were, and they're perfect for a single person or pair of lovebirds. In addition, you'll find that the electricity to these new houses, and all other homes and shops in the city is restored. The food is better, the monsters are gone- hey, this city might be livable again!

To cap it all off, we've got a feast waiting for you on the 19th! Come one, come all, and enjoy all of your favorite foods, drinks, and party games. It's been awhile since we've all gotten together to celebrate something good, so get your party on and toss all your troubles away!

The obvious answer is to make more than one source. That way if one goes down, the other can still run.

[He already had plans to start working on a solar power with the two suns. If there was already a non-gods controlled grid in place, he just needed to get access to it.]

That'd be the ideal if you've got the ingenuity, manpower, and time to build and maintain all of them. Not saying that is a big problem or even the only one; just haven't run into many other well-versed in engineers and mechanics around here.

Any improvements to this place require dependable electricity.

Won't lie, that does sound appealing. And the last few people who seemed to also know a single thing about this what they're doing ended up fucking off.

[She could very well pitch the idea as being just as beneficial to the gods as it is to them, giving Hope one less thing to waste his precious energy on. That way everyone wins.]

Lucky for you, I don't intend to spend a second longer relying on the 'gods' than I need to.

How soon can work begin?

As soon as you're ready. Can take you to the dam leftovers maybe tomorrow to see what can be salvageable and made better.
