"I'm sure he will." He always did his best. She was just worried this time that his best wouldn't be good enough. But she was always worried about that. Comes with fearing for her life and the lives of all her friebds on a preety much daily basis. Eventually, "their best" wasn't going to be good enough and they'd slip, leave themselves open for just a second too long and then they'd be weaving another shroud.
