Event Log: Is It a Wonderful Life?

Throughout the next few days, you may find yourself plagued by visions and dreams of back home. The dreams will be lifelike and difficult to tell apart from reality, as the world will be constructed from what you remember of your world. However, unlike usual dreams, you won't be present, and will find yourself unable to be seen or heard by those around you.

The dreams are vivid reminders of what might happen in a world without you: a world in which you disappeared when coming to Hadriel, a world which desperately needs you back for some reason or another. You may see your parents putting up missing posters, your significant other moving onto their next relationship, or even your hated villain finally taking over the world without you there to stop them.

When the vision leaves, you're back here and nothing about the city has changed. Though maybe you have a different outlook on it now...

It is. And Terrans treat me like a Bgztlian because I can phase as good as any of them. Better than most, probably.

[ she raises an eyebrow. ] What's phasing? Can you still do it here?

[unphase]

Oh, it's turning intangible by crossing from one dimension to another. And sure, I can do it here just as easy as I can back home.

[64th]

[ she laughs. ] Oh, crossing from one dimension to another, is that all?

[unphase]

[she giggles] Yeah. Everybody from my planet can do it. And we can use it to travel to Earth, since Bgztl and Earth in orbital and rotational sync, just in different dimensions.

[64th]

[ Cashmere nods. yep. she totally understands all of that. look at her understanding. ] What about here? Where do you - uh - go?

[unphase]

[it's really simple, isn't it?] I go into another dimension. Whether or not it's the same one as home, I don't know for sure. I assume it is and that an Earth is out there somewhere, but it's a pretty big galaxy.
