Oh shit, what even happened last night? You're pretty sure you had a normal night, no crazy drunk antics (unless that is your normal night). But this morning you woke up with a brand new tattoo, and it's... a name?

Maybe it's a name you recognize, one of your good friends. Maybe it's a stranger. Maybe it's someone you can barely stand. No matter who it is, you kind of feel like you should look for them and figure out what's going on with this weird tattoo. And when you find them - well, they've got one too, except this one is your name. It would seem weird, except as soon as you see each other you kind of understand. Of course you'd have a tattoo with the name of the person you've found such an amazing connection with. You were meant to be together.

So enjoy your time with your newfound soulmate. Who knows, you might wake up tomorrow with a whole new name on your arm, a new connection, a new love. Make the most of it!

[ Two can play that game! And whoever said you can't fight fire with fire anyway?! Geralt quickly made the Sign for Igni with two fingers on his free hand, as soon as he did so an explosive flame erupted from the air just before his fingers, thrusting towards Kettara and licking around at her side, just missing her.

Geralt didn't want to kill her but he wasn't about to become a trophy for her to gloat over. However, in saying that, there did seem to be something about her that he was drawn to. How strange. ]

I'm no mere human you beast. You're about to find that out the hard way!

[ Another clash of steel as he swung his sword, holding it double handed now, showing how serious he was. ]

[ Kettara laughs, delighted. It's been too long since she's had a worthy opponent, something more than just an animal to fell and gut. And this one has magic, too.

What fun.

She roars and charges, aiming a blow to his side. ]

Prove it!

[ As she charged towards him, Geralt had no intentions of stepping aside or dodging. Instead, he quickly made another sign, this time the one of Quen, cast upon himself.

This was a transparent, protective shield that not only absorbed any oncoming blow but reflected it back towards his opponent. ]

Oh, I plan to!

[ Geralt readied his sword once more, above his head ready to downwards strike with a jump forwards after she'd hit his barrier. He found himself grinning, enjoying this more than usual and he wasn't even being paid to hunt this- This... What even was she. ]

Y'know-

[ He called out, between the clash of their steel and grunts of their blows. ]

Just what kinda Troll are you exactly? Never seen a warrior one nor such an attractive female at that!

[ What was he saying?! Yelling such things in the middle of a battle? Leavin himself open to attack from lack of attention he was paying on the fight. He was more interested in catching glimpses of her through their sparking blades and the dust of the earth in the air that they'd kicked up. ]
