It's a physically demanding task to generate dark energy, but I know how to pace myself. Moving things and holding them still are some of the less strenuous things.

[It's mostly all the other stuff that gets kinda dicey, and he's fairly certain he's not going to be charging full force or creating big waves to smash things. Totally fine!]
