Who: Everyone!
What: Lucretia's Ice Festival, pending rebanding by the Taaco Twins
Where: Outside Lucretia's house, Imported Housing 4-3

Warnings: Hopefully none, God save us, it's a party
She'd organized the Midsummer Festival at the Bureau of Balance for years, so this should be old hat. Of course, Lucretia doesn't have a full staff and the resources of an entire moonbase at her disposal here. Still, she seems to have managed to pull things together fairly well.
The house is open, but the party's clearly centered in the backyard, which truly has been transformed into a cool oasis from the jungle heat. The grass is frosted and shimmering, crunching satisfyingly underfoot and never melting. There are a couple of snow forts stocked with snowballs, a small skating rink, and what looks like a sort of ice slip-n-slide, looking as dangerous as it does fun.
There's also a decorative ice fountain between two tables stocked with food, and thanks to Rey, a donation of beer from the speakeasy chilling in its own ice cooler alongside a little minibar. Lucretia herself is hovering near the snacks, nodding politely at the guests and generally supervising to make sure everything's going well.

[It's no surprise the twins are as good at ice skating as they are with anything else relating to balance and agility, the pair of flip wizards they are, just as elegant as one might expect of an elf, all long-legged and graceful. Too bad that illusion breaks whenever they open their mouths.
But Lup skates up beside Dany with ease, long hair pulled back into an elaborate braid for the occasion, with frost-tipped flowers weaved into her hair. She's grinning when she comes into view, though it's so rare for her not to be, long ears perked up in greeting.]

[Lup can't even say it without laughing, her ears lifting in mirth, eyes bright.]
Oh, for sure. Seen it happen a million times. [She's just steady enough to raise a leg and stamp her boot on the ice.] But Luce knows what she's doing. This shit is totes safe.

[ At this, Dany is looking to Lucretia, watching her skate gracefully. ]
I suppose she doesn't seem the type to let that risk run without accounting for it. [ The young queen looks back at Lup with another smile. ] I'm surprised you're enjoying this as much as you are, given your affinity for fire.

[Dany's gaze is drawn to Lucretia and Lup's follows just as fast, watching her friend from the across the distance with an obvious fondness, smugness curled at her mouth. Out of all of them, Lucretia's grown the most and Lup's so loved to see that development. Even with everything that's happened, even with the wounds between them that still need to heal, she's so completely proud of the woman Lucretia's become.
That praise is all hers.
But the elf just turns her smile back on Dany and shrugs, casual as anything.]
Fire's my speciality, sure, but I'm your classic evocation wizard, bae-bee. I've got a pocketful of spells from other elements too.
