Open | Who hunts the hunters
Who: Sasha and you!
What: PSA on how to kill monsters
Where: Mostly the arena, but generally around.
When: Slight backdate to intro log.
Warnings: Monster killin' and cursin'
[Shortly after she sees the latest round of monsters for the first time, a video will be going up on the network. It's selfie style, showing Sasha frowning and sounding slightly out of breath.]
Alright, so. We've all seen the new monsters by now. But, good news - they're from my home planet, and we know how to deal with them.
[As she talks, the outline of a monster can be seen creeping behind her.]
These assholes are called Stalkers. They're like three feet tall, their tails have spikes that they can shoot at you from way off, and they turn fucking invisible. But!
[She turns, and her Maliwan comes into shot for a split second before the camera spins around and the gun can be heard firing. Electricity crackles, and the camera focuses once more on the Stalker, now a pile of broken wings and arcing static.
And the camera turns back to Sasha, wiggling her gun with a self-satisfied smirk.]
They're weak to shock. So find yourself a taser and stay safe. These assholes don't fight fair.
[And if left uninterrupted, the video ends there.
Sasha will be around all over the place, often en route to Rage's temple for more ammo.]

On the other hand- well, Sasha. Rhys sighs as he approaches the spot where she recorded her video, his stun baton clutched firmly in his robot hand as he gives an awkward wave with the other.
This won't be weird at all.]
Hey. Monster hunting?
no subject
Of course. Didn't expect to see you joining in.

[He tries to flash Sasha his most charismatic smile. It's not like he's out here to specifically impress her or anything because that would be really weird, but the fact that Sasha is here, and if Rhys did something cool then she would be impressed- well, that's just coincidence.
Probably.]
I've got a stun baton, don't I? I'm pretty good with it too.

[Eyebrows for days at Rhys. There's no way he'd be out here unless it was A, something really important, or B, something really stupid. There wasn't much halfway with Mister Junior Business Cards.
She rolls her eyes at the smile though, ignoring how her cheeks burn. She's just been exerting herself too much, that's all.]
I suppose, but that means letting the Stalker get within arm's reach. And you've only got one left.

[It's more teasing than smug though, and Rhys tugs out the stun baton, snapping it out to extend it fully and turning it on so it thrums with electricity. He's careful not to touch anything with the dangerous end as he edges closer to Sasha.]
And, uh- maybe, but it also means that one of my arms can take a hit or two. If it bites me, I know which limb I want it to grab hold of.

Still. When she's not just on a phone they've yet to figure out how to use, and actually in front of them, Frisk takes the time to hold out their new toy with a questioning tilt to their head.
Is this shocking enough?]
no subject
Hey there, Kiddo!
[She kneels in front of them, resting her gun on one shoulder as she moves to take the toy and examine it. It's so ridiculously pink, but she's quick to work out how to flick its tail open and get its distinct, high-pitched little crackling going.]
Not bad. Buuuut I don't think it's gonna be much help. [She hands it back with a bright smile.] You should probably find somewhere safe to hide 'til these go away again.
no subject
Apparently, it's not gonna be much help.]
Um.
Where do I get something better?
[They don't really have the gold to pay for something better, but hiding away doesn't sound like much of an option, either.]

There's an armoury to the south-east, across the river. It's pretty archaic though, mostly sword and clubs, shit like that. Dunno how much good they'll be for you, but maybe there's a dagger that'll work for you.
[She gets back to her feet and decisively brings her gun back down to rest in both hands.]
Need a hand getting there? You don't look like much of a fighter.

...Might be good for gardening. Frisk contemplates the offer for a moment, before nodding their assent. After the welcoming party they'd had, it probably was a good idea, until they had something in their hands that would work as an actual weapon.
They'll keep the taser, though. Aesthetics are still important.]
Yes please.
