What: The event log for the Dreamwalker part 2 event
Where: In your dreams
When: October 14th-20th (the second log will go up on Oct 23rd, please keep the two weeks of the event separate!)
Warnings: All different kinds of dreams falling under the umbrella of Delight, Rage, Sorrow, and Hope.

This time, the weird stuff doesn't happen when you're awake- as a matter of fact, your waking hours are the normal ones. That's because you're forced to sleep by some unknown entity, getting more and more exhausted by the moment as night falls. Better make sure you're always around a soft pillow.

Once asleep, it doesn't get any less weird- your dreams will be influenced by one of the four gods that make up the first week. Something to make you smile, something to make you angry- or something that reminds you of your deepest regret or most vulnerable hope, they're all things that you're dreaming about now for some reason, no matter how hard you may try to pull away from them.

To make matters more complicated, there are others intruding on your dreams who definitely don't belong there, and while they may seem like manifestations at first, it becomes clear that these others are actually the consciousness of other members of Hadriel, getting some top quality exposure to your angriest, happiest, most sorrowful moments. Hope it doesn't get awkward when you see them tomorrow...

[Jo hates the idea of George getting hurt by Sam, even in a dream.

Wait, can she control these dreams?]

I will. Pickpocketing as a last resort only, I promise.

[and she gets to work searching the area for a set of keys

if she could, that would be useful?]

[Jo decides to try to will some handcuff keys into existence on the bar, or at least willing the handcuffs off.]

Any luck?

[George spots the keys, but they're hanging out of the guy's back pocket. bummer]

Yeah. Gimme a second.

[George creeps up behind him as quietly as possible and slooooooowly slips the keys out by the keyring. apparently those pickpocketing lessons Mason tried to give her weren't a waste of time after all?]

[Jo keeps Sam's attention on her, just in case.]

Okay, now get away from him.

[George tiptoes slowly back from Sam, clutching the keys in her hand]

I'll be right there.

[George makes her way back to Jo slowly, trying to make sure that the guy doesn't notice her]

[Sam doesn't seem to notice, and Jo relaxes back against the post.]

Good. Maybe he'll shut up soon.

[she makes it to where Jo is and unlocks the handcuffs]

That would be nice. But if he doesn't, should we try to shut him up?

[Honestly, her head is still throbbing from his earlier assault. He's bigger than both of them, and Jo doesn't know that what's wearing him won't just kill them.

Sure, this is a dream, but she still worries.]

We'll ignore him.

[George has always heard that if you die in a dream, it makes you just wake up, but this is Hadriel. she wouldn't put it past the gods to make them die in reality if he succeeds in the dream]
