Event Log: Dreamwalker the Second

What: The event log for the Dreamwalker part 2 event
Where: In your dreams
When: October 14th-20th (the second log will go up on Oct 23rd, please keep the two weeks of the event separate!)
Warnings: All different kinds of dreams falling under the umbrella of Delight, Rage, Sorrow, and Hope.

This time, the weird stuff doesn't happen when you're awake- as a matter of fact, your waking hours are the normal ones. That's because you're forced to sleep by some unknown entity, getting more and more exhausted by the moment as night falls. Better make sure you're always around a soft pillow.

Once asleep, it doesn't get any less weird- your dreams will be influenced by one of the four gods that make up the first week. Something to make you smile, something to make you angry- or something that reminds you of your deepest regret or most vulnerable hope, they're all things that you're dreaming about now for some reason, no matter how hard you may try to pull away from them.

To make matters more complicated, there are others intruding on your dreams who definitely don't belong there, and while they may seem like manifestations at first, it becomes clear that these others are actually the consciousness of other members of Hadriel, getting some top quality exposure to your angriest, happiest, most sorrowful moments. Hope it doesn't get awkward when you see them tomorrow...

[Margaery dangles in midair as she watches the woman pounds at the control panel, not sure what she's attempting to do.

she screams as she's let go, plummeting towards the ground. she manages to hit the ground without breaking anything and watching the other woman land in place nearby.

the wind is freezing and the air is thin. she's not wearing anything suitable for that kind of weather, so she wraps her arms around herself, shivering, as the other woman places a steadying wind around her shoulder.

she barely makes out what the other woman is saying, but she gets the jist of it] What? We're going to have to go back?

[circumitus]

[Rather than issuing a deserved apology, Rey strengthens her hold as the shuttle turns and steers upward. Where clouds and several miles of frozen air stands between them and the earth, the structure floating in the sky is the closest thing they have to a pitstop.

[She forces them both to lay low over the shuttle's back, as the vehicle gravitates towards the underbelly of the prison complex. A door slides open, taking them to the hangar.

[With the wind no longer screaming in her ears, Rey tells Margaery:]

We have to. Sorry. The city is barely hospitable for humans and you won't find civilization around here within thousands of miles.

[Russia is a big place.]

[Margaery is accepting as an apology Rey's tight grip on her, which is keeping her from plummeting to her death. she doesn't want to die again, not even in a dream.

she does as she's directed to and hopes that everything will work itself out. somehow. she's not quite sure how, though]

Then, what are we to do? Wait until somebody finds us? They'll likely put us back in those cells.

[she is genuinely confused]
