Well, thank Christ some of them kept their heads in a crisis. I'm so sorry you were left here alone, Noah. I never wanted that.

[ And honestly, he hadn't guessed. Noah had been there with them at home, albeit in his far diminished form. But he'd still been there. Gansey had assumed he'd left this place with them, until Noah himself said otherwise. ]
