Waking up in Hadriel certainly has its down sides, but if this weird murdercave city is good at one thing, it's keeping people entertained. As you awaken on the hard ground of the colosseum, you might see a rectangular cardboard box lying near you. Ignore it for now, as you get your bearings, but if you get bored? Well, you'll find these exciting and unique board games will keep you entertained!
But how could you possibly get bored, when there are plenty of cute monsters around to keep you company? Sharing the colosseum with all the new arrivals are Tonberries. In addition to their natural cuteness defense, they also carry very large knives. They're slow-moving and look innocent and even friendly, but be careful - one strike from that knife and you'll be a bloody mess. They won't attack unless you get too close, but who doesn't want to hug a Tonberry? And of course, if you attack, they'll counter with extreme prejudice.
Managed to resist the urge to hug a Tonberry? Safely escaped from the clutches of the colosseum, new board game in tow? Awesome! Feel free to go explore the rest of the city! Find a house, find a new monster, or simply scavenge for supplies. Good luck, and enjoy your stay in Hadriel!► This log covers September 10th-13th.
► Feel free to make your own logs as well!
► All characters arrive with phones that have network communication.
► Please put your character's name and open/closed in the subject line of your starters!

"So, tell me about where you're from. Are there other cool skeletons that run around and tell jokes?"
Rin quickly trades his somber attitude for an excited one. He bets it's got to be pretty cheerful for the way Sans comes across.
no subject
That ain't even really a contest. Nobody who wears that many pairs of sunglasses and believes so completely in everyone and everything can possibly be topped in sheer coolness factor.
"But he kinda really hates jokes," Sans adds in a confidential undertone, even if it's not strictly speaking true. Papyrus likes to put up a cheerfully annoyed façade, but he loves those horrible puns as much as Sans does.

Rin gives a laugh.
"Man, how can he hate jokes? Jokes are the best! Is he like super serious or something?"
no subject
He spins a phalanx in an equivocal gesture in the empty air in front of him.
"He's tall, I'm short. I make the jokes, he yells at me for makin' the jokes. It's kinda our thing."
no subject
Rin has a list of cool people according to him. He'd definitely like to meet this guy if he ever gets the chance, someday.
"Oh! So it's like a flick!"
(He means shtick.)"Does he join in your acts on stage?"no subject
"Heh, nah," says Sans with a laugh. "He's the sorta guy that loudly heckles from the audience. Only he does it outta love, see. Plus, he's real bad at hecklin'. It's hard to pull that off when you're just - relentlessly positive all the time, y'know?"
no subject
"How can somebody be positive all the time?" he asks with genuine curiosity. Wouldn't life get in the way one way or another? He wouldn't mind learning that secret if he could. Being able to stay happy in every situation would be great and maybe he'd be able to make friends more easily.
no subject
"Might be hard to believe it, but once ya meet him?" Sans winks, his grin fond. "You'll see."
