Intro Log: HOLY F*^K THAT'S A F*&KI%G DRAGON

Who: New arrivals and everyone else!
What: The intro log for October
Where: The colosseum and all around the city.
When: October 10th-13th
Warnings: New faces, new greeting posts, and dragons. What's more to want?

If your first thought upon waking up on the cold, hard ground of Hadriel's very own Colosseum is 'maybe I partied too hard last night', one, Delight would love you and two, you're wrong. Or- maybe you did, but that's not why you're here. Instead, you wake up with the same clothes you were wearing when you were last home, but surrounded by very different people. So, make some friends! Might as well voice your confusion and concern and show the technologically unsavvy of you how to operate these fancy new phones, right? Just be sure not to trip over these odd bags of chips on your way to greet your fellow man.

Don't spend too much time out in the open, though. There are monsters about, and not quite the usual ones. This month, Hadriel is bringing in four dragons, each with their own unique abilities and raidboss-esque stamina. They'll be terrorizing the city until someone puts them down- maybe that someone is you! Maybe you should, uh, actually hide. They're hungry and territorial and mean and they're definitely out for a good meal. Check out our OOC post for more information, as well as who will be eventually killing the beasts!

But hey, once you escape from the dragons, feel free to go explore the rest of the city! Find a house, find a new monster, or simply scavenge for supplies.

What, you mean there's still dragons about? Because Camille has completely stolen their attention, the upward turn of their lips simply growing the more she speaks. She is very nice. Very pretty, and very nice.

Apparently, that's all you need to win over a child.

Who needs dragons when there's a cute kid around? They're smiling more now, which makes her realize the kid wasn't smiling much before. It reminds her of her stint as a babysitter, trying to make little Violin and Tavin smile with some amusing shapes. Violin always ate it up, but Tavin was a harder nut to crack. Getting him to smile felt like a triumph.

Maybe if she'd done better...

She giggles again, putting it aside.

"I don't doubt it!" One of the dragons gives an almighty roar. "Though for now, I think I'd be alright with both of us being a liiiiittle bit further out of danger. What do you think?"

Ah, yes. The dragons. It's vaguely possible that should this continue, said dragons would put them off their game. And that just won't do.

It doesn't take long at all for Frisk to come to a decision, holding up a hand and volunteering their services. "I can get you out of here. And you can come have tea at my house."

Like, you know.

A date.

Dragons are always interrupting perfectly nice engagements, whether they show up to roar and eat you or they just want to tell you about the current movements of the stars and the latest hipster music. Both of which are now things that have actually happened to Camille.

Camille literally lights right up when Frisk says the magic word.

"Tea? You have tea? I have my emergency stash but--! I was worried this place would be uncivilized!"

She grins so wide her face actually splits a little. It's probably unsettling, but she's genuinely happy.

"Yes! Show me the way out! Or, actually! If you don't mind riding around on some kind of weird creature for a little bit, I could probably carry you. You'd just have to point me in the right direction!"
