Who: Open to everyone
What: #TeamTranquillity are in it to win it. Deciding to work together, the gang has taken over the library and converted it into a space for weary residents of Hadriel to catch their breath and just take it easy amid the intensifying competition in the city to invoke one emotion or another.
Where: The Library
When: March 15th to March 21st, duration of the event.
Warnings: Will Update if necessary!

[Hadriel's library has unfortunately seen little use; the books are either unreadable or cover material so random that only ~~Hope~~ someone who completely did not understand the concept of fun would have picked those books. Little wonder it's hardly frequented by Hadriel's residents.

But it's still a library: meaning, it's got plenty of space, and plenty of peace and quiet.

So with all the chaos erupting over the city? It could make the perfect sanctuary, a place to take a breather from the emotion wars. A place where a person could unwind over a cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate, knit a sweater in peace, or even plunge themselves into pillow/blanket fort and just take a nap. A place to relax.

A place for Tranquillity.

Which is why Team Tranquillity has taken over the library and converted it into a mini R&R. Tables and chairs have been pushed to the side to allow for floor space, and comfortable chairs, sofas and even beanie bags, all in softer pastel colours, dot the empty space. A couple of tables and chairs have been left as well, so that those in need of them can use them as they'd like. And of course, the giant pillow fort bundled in one corner for people to unceremoniously throw themselves into.

The members of Team Tranquillity are all around to ensure that your time in the Tranquillity Space is as relaxing as can be. Some members are even offering services, ranging from massages to meditation, gentle exercises to a steaming hot cup of joe. Knitting classes, advice on handling emotional stress when under torture and trauma, and even some fortune-telling for light laughs.

And it's perfectly alright to drag a beanie bag to your own personal corner and just crash there for the day. No judgement from Team Tranquillity.

A message is sent out via the network to inform Hadriel's citizens of the new place in town to get away from it all. Drop by whenever, do what you need to relax and recharge. It's a stressful world out there, and sometimes we all need to take some time to chill out, right?

[Also they're talking to Sans T. Skeleton. Nothing is sacred. And also the whole "you B&E-ed my room and I hate you for it" is still a thing. So library it is.

It's a gift, I'll admit it. Though I hear the orchard lacks power outlets.

[They know. The line in the sand has been drawn and although it's liable to be crossed at any point in time, Sans knows what it means to walk over it.

I guess everyone has their own talents. But I have not been by the orchard actually. Which God brought that back?

[Not that you'd know it. Seems like kind of an intuitive leap to be makin', but he'd asked him about the details of possibly bringin' in Echo Flowers.

Certainly seems to be an odd choice to be the one for gardening. But I suppose everyone has to have hobbies. You would not happen to have idea of his prices?

[Like Sans, Echo Flowers are something on Chara's mind. And...something else. Yellow flowers were still one of their favorites.]

[He'd had a notion, a little while ago, that talkin' to Sorrow might be - it might have its advantages. Even if it means no more jokes, it'd mean bringin' a smile to someone's face.

That'd be worth something, wouldn't it?]

[But they file that away for later. Chara wasn't one to share sad stories with a so-called God but...well sometimes you had to do things you didn't want to. They're used to that.

Although I suppose with your jokes and pranks around, you are fueling Rage with non-lethal means along with Delight. So I suppose in the end you are doing a good thing. Congratulations.

Hey, I was wondering why Delight picked me.

[Who'd pick him for anything, right? Ain't like he's what you'd call a prime choice for much of anything, other than enraging Gren by telling him horrible jokes and throwing shit through his windows. That's just kinda his sole merit, and you can't even really call that a "merit."]

And I was wondering why I was picked for Hope. Unless it is opposite day and I am not aware of it.

[It still applied, although you had to swap Hope with Confusion. The only source of that was in Chara's own mind and the LOVE that climbed without any physical or mental results, even though they had long hit the limit.

Like they could fuel it all at once. But Gods will be Gods, they suppose.]

Maybe we're the ones that could do the most of the gods who picked us.

[Wouldn't that be hilariously ironic? Arm those least equipped to deal out the target emotions, just to get 'em a little more in tune with said emotions. Not real likely, but hey - maybe that's an idea for 'em down the road.]

[Guess tossing someone into the deep end was one way of getting them to learn how to swim.]

I know I am parroting the general concession but I cannot say that I appreciate their efforts. Still, at least this is one of the better ways of doing it.

[Friendly competition? Casual pranks for god points? It's better than the city potentially suffering profound destruction just because. Not like that's about to happen anytime soon due to overenthusiastic hedgehogs or anything like that. Right?]

Well who knows? Perhaps the Gods will look down at this and see that it is a better solution rather than unleashing random horrors and stupid events on us. Or at least realize this is the lazier option because we are doing their 'work' for them.

[But no deaths! Up until the explosions begin and some one (or may people) try killing Sans for these sorts of stunts. But that provokes its own sorts of emotions.]

Since they seem to thrive of off making us do ridiculous things or die horribly I have to agree. But one could always hope.

True. And given that Frisk is the only person that I have seen manage to get one of the more serious Gods laugh, I am sure they could win this.

[It probably speaks to how confident Chara is in Frisk, if it somehow wasn't obvious by this point.]

You're underestimating me Sans. This is a competition between the Gods yes, but personal I do not care which one I fuel.

[Be it Rage, Hope, Confusion or whatever. They got bored of trying to help Confusion and began dropping paint on people. Small bit of Confusion and probably a lot of Rage. Maybe Delight if you like that sort of thing.

And they also don't care who they target either. Chara's generous like that.]

One way or another. Which is why I don't understand why the Gods are not willing to allow it to develop naturally. But that aside, I have some ideas.
