Who: Open to everyone
What: #TeamTranquillity are in it to win it. Deciding to work together, the gang has taken over the library and converted it into a space for weary residents of Hadriel to catch their breath and just take it easy amid the intensifying competition in the city to invoke one emotion or another.
Where: The Library
When: March 15th to March 21st, duration of the event.
Warnings: Will Update if necessary!

[Hadriel's library has unfortunately seen little use; the books are either unreadable or cover material so random that only Hope someone who completely did not understand the concept of fun would have picked those books. Little wonder it's hardly frequented by Hadriel's residents.

But it's still a library: meaning, it's got plenty of space, and plenty of peace and quiet.

So with all the chaos erupting over the city? It could make the perfect sanctuary, a place to take a breather from the emotion wars. A place where a person could unwind over a cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate, knit a sweater in peace, or even plunge themselves into pillow/blanket fort and just take a nap. A place to relax.

A place for Tranquillity.

Which is why Team Tranquillity has taken over the library and converted it into a mini R&R. Tables and chairs have been pushed to the side to allow for floor space, and comfortable chairs, sofas and even beanie bags, all in softer pastel colours, dot the empty space. A couple of tables and chairs have been left as well, so that those in need of them can use them as they'd like. And of course, the giant pillow fort bundled in one corner for people to unceremoniously throw themselves into.

The members of Team Tranquillity are all around to ensure that your time in the Tranquillity Space is as relaxing as can be. Some members are even offering services, ranging from massages to meditation, gentle exercises to a steaming hot cup of joe. Knitting classes, advice on handling emotional stress when under torture and trauma, and even some fortune-telling for light laughs.

And it's perfectly alright to drag a beanie bag to your own personal corner and just crash there for the day. No judgement from Team Tranquillity.

A message is sent out via the network to inform Hadriel's citizens of the new place in town to get away from it all. Drop by whenever, do what you need to relax and recharge. It's a stressful world out there, and sometimes we all need to take some time to chill out, right?

Welcome, to the Tranquillity Space.

"Oh-- n-no, nothing like that." She shifts her bracelet cautiously on her wrist, putting her lab coat sleeve down over it a little more. "I don't, uhm, really like scaring people. I just, uh, heard about what y-you were doing here, and, a relaxing place sounds, uh, really nice. Considering the city is usually so, hectic? And, uh, a-all that."

Frankly, Ravine looks like the kind of person that's secretly some sort of goddess, and Alphys would not even want to accidentally get on her bad side for fear of being outright smited. Frankly, she's pretty sure she got put on Fear's team not because she's good at causing fear, but just because she's so goddamn jumpy all the time. But her heart's in the right place. Or, well, it tries to be.

"Besides, I end up by the library a lot, uh, a-anyway. Looking for stuff to read and, and all that."

In truth, Ravine can hazard a few guesses as to why certain people got placed on which team. She didn't need to be psychic, just naturally intuitive enough to look at someone and determine their disposition. Whether or not their group is a right fit.

Figuring Alphys to be a jumpy one, Ravine decides to tread lightly. She is on Tranquility's side, after all. Inspiring fear in the poor monster would only be counter productive.

"I see." She smiles. While she does have that 'goddess that could probably smite you' look about her, she's just too damned pleasant to do it. "I'm afraid the material here is rather lacking in variety."

She's given some of the selection a look over since they set up camp here, and found herself intrigued when she was unable to decipher any of the texts.

"Oh, I agree. Out of all the things that don't make s-sense in this city, uhm, the library's the most of it. Sometimes I wonder if, uh, everything here is just in s-some sort of code, that the old residents used to be able to understand? And like, we could decode it." She realizes she's getting kind of into this discussion, having sat down and now leaning forward, but she pulls herself back as soon as she catches herself.

"But, uh, I don't know how that w-would happen. And all. But it would be, uh. K-Kind of cool, though." She blushes a little, embarrassed, and looks away. "Sorry. Uhm. that probably sounds s-stupid."

She lets a laugh escape, airy and light as if to whisk away Alphys' worries on the matter.

"On the contrary, I find it to be a compelling enterprise. Perhaps speaking with the gods could offer some light on the situation. After all, they are the closest thing one could consider 'native' here."

It seems only natural to assume that they would have an idea on what those texts mean, since this library does belong to the one who calls himself Hope.

Her voice is light and airy and Alphys can feel herself blush harder, tucking her head back a little so the other woman doesn't see and trying to shake it off before she speaks again. "Yeah, uh, maybe they know something. Or at least maybe they can find, uh, better b-books, or, whatever."

She realizes she's rambling, or at least halfway off topic, and she shakes her head a bit before trying to return to... whatever Ravine's topic actually is. "So, uh, you're doing something here, right? What, uh, w-what was that?"
