Now that the smoke's gone (Closed)
Who: Jo Harvelle, Pellaz Cevarro, Calanthe
What: Jo wants to take an old offer, but she has to reconcile first.
Where: Housing Spiral, 1402
When: Backdated to August 1st
Warnings: Apologies and moving, hopefully. Maybe language.
Cal;
[Jo realizes that to take Pell up on her offer she probably needs to reconcile with Cal. The most recent cave makeover had definitely not gone well for the two of them. They had been at odds with each other and she was pretty sure they would have to at least tolerate each other if she was going to successfully move in with the har and assuage her loneliness.
She walks to their house, knocking quietly and hoping Cal is actually home. After a moment of thought she calls out.]
Cal?
Pell;
[After her conversation with Calanthe ends she seeks Pellaz out, finding him in a few moments in the kitchen of the house.]

Hey Pell.

After a few surprised moments, he stands up and opens the door, leaning on the doorframe with his arms crossed at first.]
Yes?

Hi. I was hoping we could talk?
no subject
About what, exactly? I don't believe there's all that much to say.
no subject
That wasn't all me. [Well, the real her.]
I don't think you're bad for Pell.
no subject
Am I supposed to ask what was you, then?
no subject
I do care about Pell, as a friend. I want him to be happy.
no subject
And? You aren't the only one, I assure you. What, may I ask, is your point?
no subject
Tolerated.

[Admitting that is hard, but she knows those memories of Pell as her little brother are fake. He's her friend, but his personal choices aren't hers to interfere with.]
It wasn't fair but it wasn't what I would've done if I had been completely me.

Welcome home, then?

Which bedroom is the quietest?
no subject
I'd say the one farthest from ours, but George took that one. You probably want the one across the stairs, then... it's upstairs, it used to be Axton's room.

I don't have a lot to move, I won't need any help.

The hardest stuff to move will be my extra food.
