The Clinic has relocated but someone will be here at all times to provide medical attention to those who need it. Note the new indicator on the attached map, or call for help if you are injured and unable to get here.

Anyone who wanted lessons delayed by the involuntary memory transfers, I'll be holding first aid and healing lessons daily at noon, for approximately two hours. If you would prefer a private lesson that can also be arranged. We're still in need of volunteers for emergencies, especially as the gods appear to be missing and our burden may now be greater. Boil the water you gather if possible and stay warm. I don't think it's quite cold enough here to worry about this just yet, but if you believe someone is suffering from hypothermia: blankets and body heat are the best treatment, then warm fluids.

Will texted Lance about thirty minutes before he showed up. Enough time for him to get ready if he needed too. Hopefully he wouldn't use the time to run away, but Will trusted Lance a lot more than he trusted, say, someone from the Hermes cabin. He could cross off a bunch of things he knew he at least wasn't walking into. On the other hand, he really did miss their black market stash.

So, hoping Lance was still there, Will knocked on the door. He wasn't going to hope that he was okay. Nothing besides divine intervention was that quick, and he didn't know anything about Lance's problems, if they were built upon something from back home or exclusively Hadriel flavored. And the mind wasn't his specialty. That was Dionysus' realm, but like Artemis and childbirth, somehow he always ended up with things that weren't really Apollo related. Maybe if he lived long enough to make it to med school he could skip his ob/gyn rotation. Delivering one baby satyr while being threatened by a overweight middle aged one with a baseball bat was really more than enough.

( The message flashes across the network a couple of days after Fear moves the city. Perhaps that's a bit too soon in some people's eyes, but as far as Kate can see, they can't wait. The new location - wherever that is - gets scoped out as soon as she's able to do something other than eat and sleep and then it's simply a case of discussing with the staff and sending out the following messages to the network: )

As said before, new clinic and guard location will be by spire four, near the colosseum. Need people to assist in converting the building and finding new equipment. Find a list of needed clinic supplies below.

( And yes, there's a list detailling things like gauze, antiseptic, alcohols (not the drinking kind), and anything else you would imagine useful for triage and emergency care. So come on down! Help clean out an abandoned building, provide equipment, or hell, just come to "supervise" and make snarky comments. Who knows. Just be mindful of the oppressive heat from that second sun and the god taints in your water supply. )

The Brigade will be providing shelter instead of fighting fires during this event, because in the face of an all-out Null attack, protecting people has to be the priority over saving buildings.

They and other volunteers are opening the Firehouse as a refuge for anyone who needs one, temporarily or for the duration. Curufin has offered the Firehouse as an alternative place for Clinic staff and patients or as a place to stop and rest on their way to Love's hotsprings. It can also be used as a waystation by anybody who is trying to get to the hotsprings or to escape across the river to Delmar's and Seel's bunker in the Bakery. The Firehouse can also be used by anyone who is fighting the Null and needs to catch a few hours of sleep before returning to the battle.

The Firehouse is located on the northeast side of the lake -- on the side towards the city center, that is. You can't miss it. It's a brick building that consists of a garage and maintenance center for the fire engines, with an attached bunkhouse annex, a small but usable kitchen, and a little office which is also equipped as a first aid station.

Fingon, Oscar, Seel, Maglor, Celebrimbor, Sansa Stark, Nick Rivenna, Luke Skywalker, and Curufin will work to get the place ready. After that, most of them will be off to fight the Null or to help with other projects elsewhere. But someone will be there to greet those seeking shelter. Trafalgar Law will be there some of the time as a healer, and likewise Sansa Stark, who is learning the healing arts from Elrond of Rivendell.
